New Year New me ?

New Year New me ?

It’s now the 2024, and with the new year there are the resolutions. The new Year’s resolutions are all about giving yourself goals to change yourself, using the new year to track it. Teaching commitment and perseverance.

People keep going on their resolutions and some people give up on it in about a week. Those that keep on going with their goals the whole year will reflect on how they changed from last year. But there are a lot of different options on it, and some don’t do it at all.

How many people do it? Why do they do it?  What’s their reason? We asked people if they made a new year’s resolution.

Student 1: I don’t make resolutions because it’s too hard to stick to them.

Student 2: I make resolutions that are realistic and that i can obtain in a couple of months because the type of person I am I wouldn’t be able to stick to it if it was an all-year thing.

A new year’s resolution takes a strong will, and you must be able to look at the flaws about yourself and want to change.
