The Fault in Our Stars is a book written by John Green. It was published on January 10, 2012. It is a young adult fiction book that is about 16-year-old Hazel Lancaster that has thyroid cancer, and it has spread to her lungs. Hazel goes to a cancer support group; there she meets s 17-year-old named Augustus Waters. They become friends and agree to exchange each other’s favorite book with each other. The book is rated 4.6 on Barnes & Noble. There is a film adaption to this book as well. The film is rated Pg-13 and given a rating of 81% rotten tomatoes. I haven’t read the book, but I reccomend reading before watching the movie to make sure you don’t miss anything.
