Halloween is just around the corner! Halloween is such an amazing Holiday with a variety of things to be excited for. Such as dressing up as anything you want to be, decorating everything such as your house to get into the Halloween spirit, trick or treating, and MAYBE candy… Why maybe candy? Many parents and kids are worried about what’s inside the candy they give out. Some people even believe that the candy could be laced with some type of drug, one of the drugs possibly being Fentanyl. Last year there was news about how there’s colored drugs as replacement for rainbow candies they give out, similar looking to the popular candy Sweetarts and so on. These allegations could always happen this coming Halloween. There are always reports that some candy could have drugs, blades, needles, and even poison. On many occasions when we went trick or treating, the candy was always tampered with; It was either dirty, opened, off brand, or even resealed. When it was obviously fiddled with, we would throw them away and never ate them to find out what was wrong with them. For your young one’s safety, we would recommend either buying your own candy for your children, trick or treating at a trusted location with trusted individuals or, do the deed of checking each and every piece of candy to be precautionary.
