    Travis Scott’s Utopia

The 5 Year Wait Is Finally Over!
    Travis Scotts Utopia

Travis Scott dropped his highly anticipated album Utopia on July 28th of 2023, after his five year hiatus from music. Astroworld which was the album before Utopia came out august 3rd of 2018 which exploded with 400 million streams in its first week becoming one of the greatest albums of this Hip-Hops generation, Travis Scott waiting this long to release a album after that and him dropping countless features and singles teasing at the Utopia release only built up the excitement and anticipation for his fans.

Months before the release, Leaks and other easter eggs from Travis Scott brewed up on Tiktok and other platforms which gained a lot of traction and excitement. Finally, Travis decided to drop his album in late July with secret features and 19 brand new songs with artists such as Drake, Playboi Carti, SZA and others. Utopia blew up the internet with Travis Scott changing the genre of a few of his songs and experimenting having mixed emotions from his fans, some people said this was his best album and will be Album Of The Year and some others thought it was a bad album. Utopia had 350 million streams in its first week and over 500,000 units sold charting number one in albums for multiple weeks.

In my opinion I really liked this album and thought it was definitely one of his best releases and was worth the wait that we got.
