With the goodbyes of head judge Len Goodman and pro dancer Cheryl Burke along with the exciting announcement of Witney Carson’s pregnancy and the strong exit of Selma Blair, season 31 of DWTS was a season to remember. After a night of 2 rounds of intense dancing, a redemption as well as a free style, for the legendary Mirrorball trophy, TikTok star Charli D’amelio with her partner Mark Ballas placed first place. Closely followed by Gabby Windey with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy, Wayne Brady with his partner Witney Carson and finally, placing 4th was Shangela and her partner Gleb Avchenko. Charli’s winning dance was what the judges claimed as “outstanding” and gave applause to pro dancer Mark Ballas who choreographed the deceptively simple dance.
