Every student’s favorite time of the year is right around the corner, student-led conferences!

For any new students, or anyone who has forgotten, student conferences happen twice a year. During the scheduled time of your conference students are expected to present a PowerPoint to your advisory teacher with a parent or guardian present. These presentations usually include information about yourself such as your current number of community hours, grades, and best works. Although, this is just a basic overview as their contents vary for each grade level. This year the conferences will take place November 16-18th, students also have the option to participate in conferences over teams or in person. In advisory make sure to look out for opportunities to sign up for conference slots and time to work on PowerPoints. Those who do not take part in conferences will not pass advisory. Have fun! 🙂
