Softball Playoffs

For starters, we’ll start by saying congratulations to 2021-2022 Lakes High School softball team for making it to the playoffs. It seems they have worked really hard to make it to where they are. 

Softball finished 9-3 in League and 12-8 overall. They placed 2nd in the PCL and qualified for a Double Elimination Seed into the WCD III Tournament.  

Ending their season, they played at the RAC in Lacey, WA vs Prairie on Thursday 5/19 2:00 PM and came up short with a score of 10-0 which resulted in them not playing 6:00 PM.

Our players received some fine recognition from the other coaches.  We cannot vote for our own players.
 

Pitcher of The Year: Jesse Hendrickx  (Unanimous Selection) 

First Team All-League Infielder: Makenna Quenga 

First Team All-League Catcher: Haley Rusbuldt (Unanimous Selection) 

Second Team All-League Outfielder: Latifah Mori 

Honorable Mention Infielders: Mia Banner, Pyriel Noble, Ryleigh Watry. 

As a team we were also selected for The League Sportsmanship Award
