Our Boys Varsity baseball coached by Jeff Scarlett ended their season recently after making it to playoffs and unfortunately getting sent home after their first game against Auburn Riverside They ended with an 11-8 record and JV ended with a 6-4.  3 of our Lakes seniors, Jason Brennan (outfield), Justin Gonzalez Jr (catcher), and Paul Tii (first base) were invited to attend the conference All Star game of June 1st with a chance of representing Lakes in the WA State All Star game.

This year’s team was led by seniors Justin Brennan, Paul Tii, Justin Gonzalez Jr, and juniors Mason Scarlett and Aiden Balatbat. The best batting average of the season was Justin Brennan, most strike outs thrown by pitcher was Mason Scarlett and the best fielding percent was Justin Gonzalez Jr. With a rainy season, our baseball team managed to keep the morale, sportsmanship, and work ethic up to end their season by going to the playoffs. Great job Lancers!
