Lakes cross country team also qualified for state this year. For the boys Cross country these fellow athletes made it: Berg Johnson, Max Pingel, Jasper Johnson, Jax Corvin, Damien Sledd, Brandon Campbell, and Jackson Austin.
Not only did the boys qualify for state, but these fellow Lancers made it to state as well. Congratulations to Leona’a Dillingham, Makella Sweeney, Reagan Lord, Opal Johnson, Grace Bennett, Alannah Martinez, Mila Lay.

This is what Coach Joe Clark had to say about Lakes making it to state, “Boys cross country placed 10th and the girls placed 20th. Jax Corvin was district Champion and on the podium at state. I believe that this year Lakes had the largest number of teams qualify for state in school history.”
