Lakes DECA finalists move on to SCDC

Lakes DECA Chapter had multiple finalists in 2020 Area 8 Competition:
Peiton Buggert 3rd Place in Human Resource Management
Miranda Campos-Guzman 3rd Place in Marketing Communications
Eun Be Cha 3rd Place in Hotel & Lodging Management
Garrich Lindley 3rd Place in Entrepreneurship
Carmella Neal 2nd Place in Professional Selling
Kyungmin Yook 3rd Place in Professional Selling
This year’s competition was held online. Students recorded a video of their roleplay or prepared presentation and submitted it online to judges. State Career Development Conference or SCDC is expected to be held online as well, as Lakes DECA students prepare and improve their competitive skills.
